Shipping policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame advertised, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect address information.

Please allow 3-5 business days (with the exception of weekends and holidays) to process your order.

Standard shipping times is dictated below based from the date that your item is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that the order was placed. Depending on your location, delivery time may vary.

United States: Delivery within 5-8 business days
New Zealand: Delivery within 13-20 business days
International: Delivery within 16-26 business days 

Majority of all orders arrive within or before the advertised time frame, but in very rare occasions, please allow up to 4 additional business days.

If your package is non-deliverable due to insufficient address please contact us immediately at info@trustytuggy.com with your order number. You will be responsible for the secondary shipment charge due to customer address error.

If you refuse any shipments or request a refund due to an insufficient address, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your local post office. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered.

We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered unless item is defective.

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
